August Residence is a beachfront development in Bulduri: thirteen apartments, two of them penthouses with roof terraces. The building was designed by OAD, with landscaping by landscape architect Linda Zaļā. This is our third project with developer River Properties, after Colonel's House and Skolas 17. We built a custom-designed WordPress website. Thirteen apartments aren't sold on volume, so we shaped the site as a quiet presentation where each one is a story of its own.
