Cietusajiem.lv is a support portal for victims of crime and for witnesses. It is run by the Skalbes association with support from the European Commission's criminal justice program. We had built the website for the association's crisis center earlier, so this site continues that work. We built a custom-designed WordPress website. The main task was clarity: people arrive here at their worst moment, looking for one specific answer, not to browse. So we organized the content by question, kept the text large, and made the support hotline visible in every section.
