Viesturdārza Rezidence is a 1913 building in Riga's Quiet Center, a state-protected cultural monument and part of Forburga, the only residential quarter in the city completed as planned. The developer is HEDEN, which specializes in full-cycle renovation of historic buildings. We built a custom-designed WordPress website. In this building people buy character and history, so we gave photography more room than text and put the building's story before the floor plans.
