Skolas 17 is a River Properties new build in central Riga with premium finishes and considered architecture. The project has large windows and terraces, a shared terrace on the third floor, underground parking with a car lift, EV charging points and storage rooms. We built a custom-designed WordPress website in several languages with an interactive floor plan that filters apartments by floor and layout, showing availability at a glance. Before designing, we mapped the buyer journey and content structure, so the site leads to an inquiry instead of just showing renderings. Now the website works as a sales tool.
