Colonel's House is a project by real estate developer River Properties in Riga's Quiet Center, at P. Brieža iela 15, where two neoclassical buildings have been turned into 85 apartments and two commercial spaces with an enclosed courtyard and a small park. With architect Dita Lapiņa and interior designers Komare on the project, the website had to match. We built it from scratch on WordPress: custom design, several languages and an interactive floor plan that filters apartments by building, floor and layout, showing their status at a glance. We started with the buyer journey and content structure, then moved to design and development. The result is a website that helps sell apartments, not just look good.
