SPORTA 2 is a district developed by Linstow Baltic between Riga's historic center and the Skanste neighborhood: three hectares, 62,000 m² of built space, with offices, apartments, shops, a hotel and public space in one place. The district is designed by xcelsior and SARMA & NORDE Architects and built to the BREEAM standard. We built a custom-designed WordPress presentation site in several languages. The task was to tell the story of a district still taking shape: to show its vision, scale and timeline so investors and tenants see what is being built. The site sells the idea before there is anything to show.
