Katrīnas 5 is a project by developer JUUMA: a renovated 1940s apartment building in Riga, next to Viesturdārzs park and the Quiet Center. Buyers here choose between many similar layouts, so the site is built around choosing an apartment. We built a custom-designed WordPress website in two languages with an interactive floor plan that filters apartments by rooms, balcony and status, showing at a glance what's still available. We also prepared layout files for every apartment. Every section leads to a consultation or reservation, because people choose an apartment in conversation, not from a floor plan alone.
