Junior Sales Specialist

Responsibilities


  • Find leads that match specific criteria using LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Write and execute cold outreach campaigns via email;
  • Qualify new leads from PPC, E-mail and other channels;
  • Write strong & engaging short and long-form sales copy;
  • Test different sales strategies and report on results.
  • Document results and provide reports to team;
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in B2B marketing;
  • Understand client needs & tailor the sales offer accordingly.

Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills in English & Latvian;
  • Experience with copywriting & digital marketing;
  • Basic understanding of web design/development;
  • Ability to analyze & evaluate website design and UX structure quality;
  • Can-do-it mindset when it comes to solving complex problems;
  • Able to analyze & derive actionable insights from data;
  • Ability to manage own work independently.
