B2B Sales Specialist

Responsibilities


  • Appointment Setting: Focus specifically on setting appointments with potential clients.
  • Cold Outreach: Make calls and send emails to prospective clients.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule meetings with company executives and heads of marketing departments in specific industries.
  • Client Identification: Identify and target high-ticket clients in need of web development services.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Craft and execute cold outreach campaigns via email.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify new leads from PPC, E-mail, and other channels.
  • Copywriting: Write strong and engaging short and long-form sales copy.
  • Strategy Testing: Test various sales strategies, document results, and provide reports to the team.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in B2B marketing.
  • Client-Centric Sales: Understand client needs and tailor the sales offer accordingly

Requirements


  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Latvian.
  • Cold Outreach: Previous experience in cold calling and email outreach is a bonus.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Copywriting Skills: Experience with copywriting.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to manage own work independently.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new sales strategies and tools.
  • Client Management: Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
  • Basic Web Understanding: Basic understanding of web design/development.
  • UX Evaluation: Ability to analyze & evaluate website design and UX structure quality.
